ASC believes it is very important to have regular fellowship and fun. We have many different activities throughout the year that are geared towards the women of our church.
Here is a list of some of the women's events that occur throughout the year here at ASC:
- Ladies Tea -- The Spring Tea is a time of encouragement and refreshment as we fellowship together. Thiis year the tea will be May 5.
- Ladies Mug and Muffin -- The next Mug and Muffin is scheduled for February 18 at 10:00 am. Hope you can join us!
- Ladies Retreat--The women’s semi-annual retreat is a time of personal growth, worship, praise, prayer, fun and fellowship. This event alternates between a one-day event and weekend get-away. TBD
- Ladies Crafting -- If you have an interest in quilting or scrap booking or want to learn and enjoy fellowship with other women, then this is the class for you. The women meet the second Saturday every month at the church and even go on field trips to purchase fabric and notions. There is no fee for the instruction. - Women of Faith -- The Women of Faith conference is an event that is held in Sacramento at Power Balance Pavilion. The 2012 Conference is in October 26-27. Go to Womenoffaith.com for more information.
- Various Ladies Small Group -- Studies are held Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, as well as Wednesday morning. The goal of these fun groups is to provide an opportunity for spiritual growth and fellowship. The study time focuses on various studies for short-term periods.
