We have a prayer encounter the third Friday of every month at 7:00 PM. This is a great time of worship and prayer as we pray for the concerns within our church as well as out in the world.
"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8
God has chosen us, each and every one of us, to become His children and have a relationship with Him. As such, we are all called to pray for our families, our church, our communities, our nation, every nation, and ourselves. Seek God's face, and ask how He can use you in prayer for His kingdom and our church. There are many prayer opportunities at ASC.
- National Day of Prayer - Join us in prayer for our nation, its leaders, and those in the military.
- Global Day of Prayer - Be one of the MILLIONS of God's children who will be praying together on the same day
- Sunday Morning - Join us for one (or more) services per month as we lift up our pastor, church, and community by praying God's word back to him.
- Outreach - Pray on-site during outreach events.
- Adopt-a-Leader in Prayer - Agree to pray for a specific leader or two one day a week. Our pastor, elders, deacons, deaconesses, staff, student ministries, worship team, volunteers, and everyone in a leadership position need to be lifted up individually in prayer.
